In short
- The camera sees balls, not faces. We do not use facial recognition and never will.
- Data stays in Romania, on our servers. Video processing happens locally, at the table.
- Players identify themselves on their phone using a table code. Without an account, there is no data about you.
- You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time at [email protected].

3. The camera above the table
The camera faces the playing surface and films the table, not the room. The video feed is processed on the local unit; we do not transmit it in real time and we do not store it in full. We keep only short sequences (replays, clips) linked to a match, for a limited period, and delete them automatically once they expire unless saved by the player. The club displays at the entrance and at the table that the table is monitored for scoring.
4. How long we keep data
- Account and match history: for as long as you have an account, then deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Unsaved replays: 7 days. Saved clips: until you delete them.
- Form submissions: 24 months.
5. Who we share data with
The club where you play sees your display name, your scores and its table-time records. Official tournament results may be passed to the federation or organiser if the tournament is official. Requests sent via the forms reach the group team handling installation and quotations (email on the tehnica-antifoc.ro domain). We do not sell data. We use our own infrastructure in Romania.
Google Ads. We advertise on Google. Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie message does the page load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.), which measures whether a visit from an ad submitted the form or opened WhatsApp. Without consent, the tag runs in "consent denied" mode and does not store advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time: reset your cookie choice. Details: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Write to us at [email protected]; we respond within 30 days at most. You may also contact the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
7. Minors
The app may be used from the age of 16. For players under 16, parental consent is required, given through the club.
8. Changes
The current version is available at feltelo.com/confidentialitate. We announce significant changes in the app.
