Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026. Pilot-period version; the final text will be published at commercial launch.

1. Who we are

FeltElo is a product operated by F&F Stores Holdings Limited Filiala S.R.L. (CUI RO43616749, J23/3051/2021), headquartered in Romania, Ilfov, Clinceni, Șos. de Centură nr. 6. You can write to us at [email protected].

2. What we offer

FeltElo turns billiard tables into smart tables: a camera above the table and a local unit keep score, calculate the Elo rating, track table time and produce replays and clips. The service includes the player app (web, Android, iOS), the club dashboard and the TV screen in the venue.

3. Accounts

4. Pilot club

During the pilot period the equipment (camera, local unit) remains the property of FeltElo and is installed free of charge. The pilot club agrees to share aggregated figures with us (hours played, active players, tournament revenue) to validate the product. At the end of the period, the club can continue on a subscription or return the equipment to us.

5. Subscription and payments

The prices shown on the site are indicative until commercial launch. The subscription is paid monthly, per table. Tournament fees collected through the app carry a commission displayed before payment. There are no hidden installation costs.

6. What is not allowed

7. Your content

The clips and replays generated at your table belong to you. You grant us the right to display them in the app, on the club's TV screen and, if you choose to share them, with your name and the club's name. You can delete a clip from your profile at any time.

8. Availability and liability

Automatic detection has a margin of error; the score can be corrected by players or by the referee, and the replay exists precisely for that. We are not liable for the outcome of a match or a tournament. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at feltelo.com/termeni. For important changes we notify you through the app or by email.

10. Governing law

Romanian law applies. Disputes are resolved amicably or before the competent courts in Romania.
